- We will send you all necessary legal forms and disclosures to complete
Go Live
- We will publish your listing in the Multiple Listing Service and your house is officially “live on the market”
- Your listing will feed to all of the major websites including Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, HomeSnap, etc
- Manage your showings with the assistance of ShowingTime, software that we provide and setup to streamline showing requests
Sell Your Property
- All offers will be sent directly to you for review
- Schedule your Offer Review with us (included in Standard and Premium package)
- Communicate and negotiate directly with the buyer’s agent and/or the buyers
- Select and accept an offer
- Schedule your closing date with your real estate attorney
- Sign all of the closing documents

The average seller can save several thousand dollars using our service, allowing you to keep more of your hard earned money.
Once all the contracts are signed and all home details have been provided, including photos, it will take no more than two (2) business days to list your property and have it ‘live’ on the MLS.
At this time we do not list residential rentals.
